OOC: This is really awkward to RP without Iriot. XD
Ivygaze didn't want to leave his leader, but he knew she was right. He let go of his leader and went to bite Bluefire's scruff. His muscles still wailed in protest. He lifted the she-cat out of the water and dragged her across the ice to the shore. He turned and headed back for Sunstar. "Sunstar!" he called as he headed back towards the ice hole.

Sunstar was plummeting into the icy water, the current dragging her deep into the water. Sunstar recalled hitting the bottom. She could hear the muffle voice of Ivygaze calling for her. Too late.
A Riverclan cat, drowning. Something expected of a Thunderclan cat or a Windclan. Never had she though, I will lose my first life today.

Ivygaze was too late. All his wrok for nothing. His leader was at the bottom of the river. She was losing her first life. How will she get back up. He knew no one could go down there and get her, that would be to dangerous. For now he just waited at the edge of the ice hole and peered into the river.

Bluefire felt sharp teeth grab her scruff and her body being dragged through the water. She was in a dark cold place but she felt somewhat calm then saw a cat with stars in its fur. "No! I won't go!" she yowled. "Patience young one. It's not your time yet. Go back to your clan. They need you." the starclan cat said. Before she left, she thought she saw the faint outline of her leader. "It's my fault. If I hadn't fallen through the ice..." She opened her eyes, rolled over and cleared her lungs of water. Frozen stiff, she waited for the other cats to notice she was alive. For now.

Ivygaze heard a sputtering from behind him. He turned to notice that Bluefire was alive and okay. He raced over to her not seeing anything he could do for his leader. "Are you okay?" He asked. He should probably work on getting her back to camp.

"Yeah." she sputtered, vomiting up more water. "I need to get this ice off my pelt." Her green eyes were dull and clouded over.

"Here. I'll help with that." He began to lick the ice of her fur. He fur was wet and soaked and covered in ice. The process was not enjoyable. But still somehow he was glad.

"Hey, thanks for saving me." she wasn't too clear on who it was that helped her. "I did die for like, a minute. I should have known better than to go out onto the ice without testing it first. That was very kit like of me." She helped him by licking the fur in between her pads.

"Anyone could of made the mistake." He consoled her. He continued to lick her until there appeared to be no ice left. "Thats better."

Meanwhile, somewhere deep, submerged, water soaked pelt brushing the sandy floor, Sunstar lie, unconscious. She felt herself give into something like sleep, yet not exactly like it. She felt her paws touch soft dirt and looked up at tall oaks.
Starclan, She thought, as she walked closer to the center, where stars were already growing in size and taking shapes of the ancestors. The forms acted as one when one paw shifted all would follow. They spoke in unison, some voices clear, some voices high pitched, some voices low, all in the same beautiful harmony. "Welcome Sunstar."
A small form stepped out on delicate paws. It had died when Sunstar was a kit. Her second brother Fogkit. He told her to look at a pool, said he missed her, and left. By that time she could feel herself separating from one, almost lucid, body.
Soon the feeling of ice returned, though not as strongly as when she died, she blinked, her blue eyes reflecting the water. She powered to the surface with her strong paws, and felt her head resurface. She took in a gulp of air, and let out a rusty purr to see Bluefire alive.

Bluefire shivered. "I'm still a bit cold." She purred softly when she saw her leader's head pop out of the water. "Sunstar! Are you ok?" She fretted. She got up on shaky legs then collapsed.

Still by Bluefire's side when his leader popped back to surface, Ivygaze had to whip around to see his leader. "Sunstar!" He called in exclamation. Bluefire tried to move but she collapsed. "Be still." He tried to command his fellow warrior.

Stronger from regaining her life, Sunstar gripped the edge of the ice. She clawed her way up the slippery edge and coughed up a mouthful of water. She looked at her wet body and purred in amusement, deciding to make a joke about her experience. "You better put me on the fresh-kill pile, I look more like a rat than a cat!"
Indeed she did, her fur clung tightly to her body, ears flat against her head, and tail looked like a rat's tail, so skinny. "All you need to do now is rip the fur off my tail!"

Ivygaze would of laughed, but Bluefire seemed in bad shape. "We should get her back to camp." He mewed softly. He was really worried. He didn't know why. Then again she was his clanmate.

Bluefire let out a small laugh as Sunstar made a joke about her appearance. She looked up at the two cats in front of her.

"Doubt it, sadly. I wouldn't want to be a burdon ot you or anything." Green eyes flickered. Bluefire readjusted her position to be more comfy for herself.

"No, it's not a problem." He looked around. Together, him and Sunstar should be able to carry her. "Sunstar, help me?" He said motioning to Bluefire.
