Well when your character and another character "head into the bushes" you need to post here. Both parties need to work on getting the form filled out once they've had their characters breed in rp, just recall the rules and keep it pg-13.

Player name; [User who own's the characters screen name]
Clan/Rank; [Is the father in a clan; what clan? What is his rank?]

Player name; [User who own's the characters screen name]

Genetic ailments; [Any of the parents have a genetic issue that could potentially be passed on to their offspring?]
Health of parents; [Were they both healthy at the time of conception?]
Parent Status; [Will both parents or a clan be caring for the kits?]
Current Health of mother; [Is she healthy and eating well/not getting into fights?]
Litter Number; [How many litters has the female bared so far? and were they successful?]
Date of conception; [In RL time give me a date when the mating took place. This will effect the date of the birth.]
Extra; [Any thing you want to say, or add.]

- Number of kits in the litter.
- The genetics
- Number of kits to live or die.
- The health of the kits.
